Sounds like a title for a song, doesn't it (and who knows, maybe there is a song with that title in it...), "Sugar Love"?
The reason I am writing this blog entry is because I guess you could say I am addicted to junk food! Not all "junk" food (and I guess what one considers "junk" food may not be considered junk to another) but I particularly love candy. All types of candy - gummy candy, chocolate candy, fruity candy, crunchy candy - you name it, as long as it doesn't have nuts in it, I probably like it.
However it is one thing to love something like that, and another thing to love it and indulge in it too much. Not a day goes by where I don't eat candy. And again - it would be one thing if I could say, "I only have one piece of candy a day / one after a meal" but usually it is, "I had many pieces of candy throughout the day!"
I exercise at least 1/2 hour a day - I usually aim for an hour but not always able to do so. Now if I could just begin to eat healthier, I think I could reach my fitness goals! Plus it would help prevent diabetes, a disease prevalent in the health history of my father's family.
I read often about nutrition and exercise, so it is not out of ignorance I am a junk-food junkie - it is from needing help telling sugar "NO!"
Do you have any tips I can try to help give up the "sugar love???"

You can eat, but try to limit the amount maybe? That is what I do. Looking at the calories help too.
But I live in a country, where most women are really concern about how they look and dress. That make me concern about my own diet and look too - in a positive way.
I think you should maybe eat 3candies a day? After the 3main meals maybe? Then, you can reward yourself an extra candy during weekends.
How about it?
That is a good idea - I should wait to eat only a couple candies in the evening only if I have had myself eat balanced meals during the day!
Thanks for the advice. It helps to have friends who are also mindful of their diet and look because it helps me work toward a goal.
